The British Chevening Scholarships are funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and are prestigious awards which enable students to study in the UK.  The scholarships make provision for talented graduates and young professionals to become familiar with the UK and to gain skills which will benefit their countries.

Scholarships are for up to one year's postgraduate study. Applications for the academic year 2009 -10 are invited from citizens of Barbados, Dominica and St Vincent and the Grenadines who have proven academic skills, are committed to returning to their country and are established in a career with a track record of excellence and achievement.
